paper-covered hardcover bindings. Tooled gilt rules, author, title and volume
numbers on spines. Small gilt crown and initials (which appear to be M L) on
both front covers. Both volumes tightly bound. Volume 1 has mold stains along
right-hand side of front cover and left-hand side of rear cover, mold stains
inside front and rear covers and along the blank outer margins of most pages.
Some foxing in both volumes. Volume 2 is in very good condition and has no mold
